Technical Service and Support Agent

Description of the Position:

Person in charge of offering Service and Technological Support to customers and/or associates that use our applications; providing answers to their questions and needs, quickly and with excellent quality of service. Qualities Required: Responsible, Helpful, Analytical, Communicative, Patient.

Must have interest and ability to learn new subjects and applications.

Requirements of the Position:

  • Enrolled in studies of Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or IT Degree, Industrial Engineering (Prefered).
  • Knowledge of Transact-SQL and Data Base Administration.
  • Basic English (Prefered).
  • We value basic knowledge of software, hardware and web maintenance.
  • Must be 20 ato30 years old
